Rules for using SitePunch.

You may use SitePunch only for lawful business or personal project-management purposes. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account or through project access you control.

• You must provide a phone number you control or are authorized to use.
• Add a phone number to a project only when that person should have access to the project.
• Do not share one-time login codes or project links with unauthorized people.
• SitePunch uses service-related SMS text messages for login only. These messages include one-time login codes requested during sign-in. Message frequency varies. You will receive up to one message per login request.
• Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or email support@sitepunch.app.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Support hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET.
• Blocking or opting out of service-related login texts may prevent account access until consent is provided again.

• Do not use the service to spam, harass, impersonate, or mislead other people.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security features.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not use SitePunch as a bulk marketing or promotional text messaging tool.

You keep responsibility for the project content you add to SitePunch, including punch list entries, comments, and uploaded photos. You should only upload material you have the right to use and share.

By using the service, you allow SitePunch to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the product for authorized project participants.

SitePunch may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. Access may also be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security work, or provider outages.

SitePunch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Access may be suspended or terminated if use of the service creates legal, operational, or security risk, or if these terms are violated.

These terms may change over time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
